JeffersonWells is now seeking an Order Project Manager for Siemens Energy, within the Additive Manufacturing (AM) operations. This is an exciting temporary position where you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of 3D printed production and contribute to projects that make a real difference - both technically and commercially.

About the role

As an Order Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire delivery of 3D printed components - from customer inquiry to invoicing. You will be the hub between the customer, internal functions, and other partners, ensuring that all parts of the order meet quality, time, and cost requirements.

Examples of tasks

  • Prepare calculations for cost and lead time
  • Clarify the scope and ensure that all parties have the same understanding of the assignment
  • Ongoing communication with the customer, project organization, and the AM team in Finspång
  • Ensure that costs and revenues are managed according to agreements
  • Drive progress throughout the process
  • Be responsible for the qualification of components as needed
  • Work on continuous improvements in both processes and working methods

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in production and/or project management
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Very good collaboration skills
  • A flexible attitude and thrive in a developing environment
